After a long week of tests and work, nothing cheers you up better than family. This past Sunday my parents made the trip up to Orlando to visit. I woke up for work Sunday at 3am and had a busy day until 1pm when I got off. Needless to say, I was feeling sluggish and needed a nap. However, once I saw my parents, I got a second wind. This was the first time my mom was able to see my new house after I had furnished it. After having two older sons in college before me she was surprised how clean it was! After relaxing for a couple hours we headed off to our favorite restaurant, Margaritaville. It has almost become a tradition in our family. We have a family of "parrot heads" and if you are a Jimmy Buffett fan, I strongly recommend checking this place out. Margaritaville is located outside of the theme parks in Orlando City Walk, but if you didn't know any better you would think you were in a Mini Buffett theme park. The main dining area has huge ship sails and half of a sailboat while the bar has its own volcano! Don't worry the volcano is filled with margaritas instead of lava. It also explodes every time Jimmy sings his famous song Volcano! If you don't live in Orlando there is still great news of a new Margaritaville in the works in South Florida! I always have a great time with my family but Margaritaville never disappoints. In the words of Jimmy, "If life gives you limes, make margaritas."
